Meet our Founder and Managing Director, Molate Mashifane, a dedicated professional with a profound passion for project and risk management. Molate's journey is a testament to his commitment to excellence, underpinned by prestigious qualifications and extensive experience.
Work Experience and Exposure
With over 16 years of immersion in the legislative sector, Molate has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise. His roles as Advisor to the Gauteng Provincial Legislature (GPL) Deputy Speaker for nine years and subsequent tenure as the organization's Project Governance Officer (PGO) for five years exemplify his dedication to effective governance and project management.
Presently, Molate contributes as a member of key governance committees within the GPL, including Secretariat, Risk Management, Specification, and Terms of Reference.
Board & Governance Roles
As Advisor to three successive GPL Deputy Speakers, Molate spearheaded advisory services, performance planning, budgeting, and comprehensive project and program management. Furthermore, his current roles as a Non-Executive Director on the board of Joburg Water and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC), Gauteng Gambling Board Independent ARC Member underscores his commitment to corporate governance, oversight and strategic direction.
International Exposure
Molate's professional journey extends globally, marked by his appointment as a member of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, Africa Region Secretariat in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, from 2012 to 2016.
